Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Sorder Gmail plugin (the "Service") operated by Sorder ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Sorder is a Gmail plugin that helps you manage your email more efficiently. The Service reads incoming emails, automatically assigns labels based on email content, and generates draft responses for your review. We do NOT store your email content or messages in our databases. Email processing occurs in real-time through authorized API connections with your Gmail account, and we do NOT use your email data to train AI models.

2. Account Terms

2.1. You must have a Gmail account to use our Service.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

2.3. You are responsible for all content and activity that occurs under your account.

2.4. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. API Usage and Data Access

3.1. Our Service connects to your Gmail account through official Google Gmail APIs.

3.2. You must authorize our application to access your Gmail data through OAuth authentication methods provided by Google.

4. Data Security and Privacy

4.1. We do NOT collect, store, or process your email content or messages on our servers. We do NOT use your email data to train AI models.

4.2. We store only the minimum data necessary to provide the Service: OAuth tokens, email preferences, label configurations, and integration settings.

4.3. We may collect usage analytics and metadata about how you use our Service for the purpose of improving functionality.

4.4. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data we do process. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Beta Service and Pricing

7.1. Sorder is currently offered as a free service while in beta. We reserve the right to introduce pricing or subscription plans in the future. Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes to pricing. By continuing to use the Service after pricing changes take effect, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. In no event shall Sorder, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

7.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

7.2. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

8.1. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

8.2. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Service at any time without notice.

11. Termination

11.1. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11.2. You may terminate your account at any time by revoking access to your Gmail account. Upon termination, we will immediately delete your OAuth tokens. Other user data (preferences and settings) will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reinstate your account, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11.3. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

12.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
