Sorder ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Sorder Gmail plugin (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Gmail Data Access
Our Service requires access to your Gmail account to function properly. We access your Gmail data through official Google Gmail APIs after you authorize our application. Important information regarding this access:
- We do NOT store your email content or messages on our servers or databases
- We do NOT train AI models on your email data
- Email content is processed in real-time to generate labels and draft responses, then immediately discarded
- We partner with Google Cloud to monitor incoming emails
1.2 Information We Store
We store the following information to provide our Service:
- OAuth authentication tokens to maintain your authorized connection to Gmail
- Your email address associated with your Gmail account
- Email draft preferences (greeting style, sign-off, body instructions)
- Label preferences and configurations for automated email labeling
- Integration settings (monitoring status, Gmail synchronization settings, etc.)
- Communication data when you contact us for support or other inquiries
1.3 Information Automatically Collected
When you access or use our Service, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
- Usage data (features used, actions taken, frequency of use)
- Device information (browser type, IP address, operating system)
- Log data (access times, pages viewed, error logs)
- Performance data (load times, response times, crashes)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Service

3. Data Retention

- Email Content: We do NOT store email content at any time. Email messages are processed in real-time and immediately discarded.
- Account Deletion: When you delete your account or revoke access, we immediately delete your OAuth tokens and access credentials.
- User Preferences and Settings: Other user data (email preferences, label configurations) is retained for 30 days after account deletion in case you decide to reinstate your account. After 30 days, this data is permanently deleted.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data we process. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Your account information is protected by a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access to your devices.
5. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with the following third-party services to function properly:
- Google Gmail API: Used to read incoming emails, create labels, and generate draft responses in your Gmail account.
- Google Cloud Used to receive real-time notifications of incoming emails to your Gmail account.
- OpenAI: Used to analyze email content and generate automated labels and draft responses. Your email content is sent to OpenAI for processing but is not stored by us or used to train AI models.
IMPORTANT: We do NOT transfer or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than the ones provided.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies to understand how they handle your data.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with our Service. These technologies help us better understand user behavior, tell us which parts of our Service people have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of our Service.
